  1. In a small bowl, mix the instant yeast and sugar with warm water (ideally between 100-110). Stir and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. The yeast mixture should start to bubble, add in the avocado oil, and set aside.
  3. In a mixer or mixing bowl mix together the dry ingredients: flour, salt, and baking soda.
  4. Slowly mix in the yeast mixture until a dough forms. If it feels sticky, add in more flour.
  5. Knead, put it back in the bowl, and cover with plastic wrap or a towel for 2 hours or until it doubles in size.
  6. Set up your stove top steamer.
  7. Portion the dough into 2 inch balls.
  8. Roll out each dough ball, fill it with the Bolognese sauce, and pinch it closed at the top.
  9. Steam for 10-12 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
